Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Sales Business Development Professional. The Sales Business Development Professional will be responsible for generating leads, conducting market research, assessing customer service needs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to create solutions. The role is based in Bucharest, Romania but there is some flexibility for remote work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity
  • Conduct cold outreach to potential clients
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the software (SaaS) industry
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Fluency in English
