ABOUT THE ROLE

Duration: 6 months
Working hours: 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday
Stipend: Monthly stipend in accordance with current legislation in Romania
Location: Our office is located at Sergent Nutu Ion, Number 44, One Cotroceni Park, Building A, Sector 5, Bucharest

End date: January 22, 2025
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assisting the sales team in developing and implementing sales strategies.
- Analyzing the market and identifying new sales opportunities.
- Contacting potential clients who may be interested in BlueTweak SRL’s products and services through various sales or marketing activities.
- Qualifying leads: Evaluating and qualifying leads to determine their potential and readiness for a sales conversation.
- Gathering relevant information to understand their needs, challenges, and interest in BlueTweak’s solutions.
- Initiating conversations using the services and equipment provided by BlueTweak SRL. Using phone calls, emails, and other communication channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.) to initiate and maintain engaging conversations with potential clients, both from inbound and outbound activities.
- Collaborating with the sales and marketing team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads, providing detailed information and insights obtained during the process.
- Maintaining an updated database. Accurately updating and maintaining records of all interactions and activities with potential clients in BlueTweak SRL’s internal system.
- Meeting or exceeding targets for lead generation and qualification.
- Actively contributing to internal sales or marketing team meetings.
- Staying up-to-date with BlueTweak SRL’s products and services, industry trends, and best practices in sales and marketing.
- Working with the core values of BlueTweak SRL at the center of all activities.
- Managing complaints and objections from potential clients. Addressing and resolving these situations professionally and efficiently, ensuring they remain satisfied with the products and services offered by our company.
- Supporting the team in managing customer relationships and enhancing their experience.
REQUIREMENTS
- Ongoing or completed university studies. Completed or ongoing studies in marketing or sales are an advantage.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines.
- Advanced knowledge of the English language.
